When I got dressed for the club last night, I noticed a big difference in my back. Form fitting dress, so usually a bit too much roll in that area below the bra. Last night it looked way better..

Slim and 6 pack is done. Good ab workout. So tired from this weeks work. Today was the topper, plain wore me out. Got my ab workout done anyway.

Mix it Up is done. Can do the oblique crunches much easier now. Started week 4 today. Found a Body Beast/Combat hybrid I might do next.

Oh yea,,,Burn it Up is done... I feel like I'm back at full speed. I can tell I am over that bug I had, much more energy today, and in all the heat too. Got in the upper 80's today..woooo. Love it!!

Mix it up is finished. Yes it is one of my favs. Lots of weight moves and band exercises. 60 mins of sweat. Great one.
